  • When it comes to renting a portable restroom trailer, the cost can vary significantly based on several factors. Generally, you can expect to pay between $700 and $5,500 depending on the duration. On the lower end, around $700, you would typically be looking at a single-day, mid-week rental of a 2-station bathroom trailer before delivery costs. On the higher end, approximately $5,500 would be for a month-long commercial rental of the same two-station luxury restroom trailer. The price primarily depends on the size of the trailer, the duration of the rental, and the season. The delivery distance, as well as if generators and water tanks need to be brought in are the biggest factors affecting the price—larger restroom trailers typically cost more. Generally, the longer you rent the trailer, the lower your average daily rate will be. Seasonality is another key factor that can affect rental costs. During the summer and winter months, when there are fewer events, rental companies may offer lower rates. However, during peak wedding seasons in the fall and spring, prices can surge and even double.

  • We require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit to hold your reservation date.

  • Restroom trailers provide enhanced comfort and amenities compared to standard porta potties. These units feature flushing toilets, running water, climate control, lighting, and mirrors. The spacious and luxurious environment of restroom trailers elevates the experience for guests at upscale events or weddings.

  • Booking your restroom trailer well in advance is highly recommended, particularly for events during peak seasons like summer or around major holidays. It is advisable to make your reservation at least two to three months ahead of time to secure the trailer that best meets your requirements and to minimize any last-minute complications.

  • Each trailer requires a minimum 110v dedicated 20AMP power source within 100ft of placement. If you do not have power available, we offer quiet convenient generators that you can rent with the unit. The generators will arrive full of fuel, but for long extended use, you will be responsible for refueling. During the summer months, the power requirements are increased to accommodate for the air-conditioning unit.

  • Each unit requires a basic garden hose water faucet outlet within 100′ from the trailer. We leave the garden hose connected to the trailer during your rental.

    In the case where we cannot leave a hose connected to the trailer, our team will need to use your water outlet to fill the onboard tank with fresh water upon delivery (small additional fee). Then you can use the trailer without a hose connected.

  • The unit must be parked on a relatively level/flat surface, clear of trees and branches. The entry path to the setup location must have a minimum overhead clearance of 12′ from buildings and tree branches and be clear of obstacles for the driver upon delivery and pick up.

    Please have a designated parking area determined prior to the scheduled drop off time.

  • The delivery cost is calculated at $3.75/mile from our location in Cornville, AZ (Near Sedona) for up to 250 miles. Please contact us and provide the specific delivery address to determine your delivery charge.

  • Typically, the restrooms are rented for short-term events. In this case, it’s not necessary to have the trailer pumped of sewage or refilled with fresh water during your event. Prior to your event, our team will discuss the approximate time frame of your event and approximate number of guests. The appropriate trailer will be set up by our team when we deliver it and removed upon completion of your event.

    For larger events and long-term rentals, we can provide a restroom monitor/concierge. Otherwise it is the customers responsibility to monitor the overall usage and arrange for our pumping service prior to the restroom waste tank being overfilled. Our team can explain the best procedure for this.

  • Our two-stall unit can accommodate for up to 175 guests for a single day of use, and works perfect for medium to large sized weddings, and smaller festivals or VIP sections.

  • A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at booking. The remaining balance due is required one week prior to delivery.  An excessively dirty bathroom/trailer on pick-up will incur a cleaning fee of $200 (+ tax), which will be assessed at pick-up. 7 day notice is required for all cancellations. Any money deposited in excess of the non-refundable deposit will be returned to the customer in the event of a timely cancellation. In the event of a cancellation less than 7 days in advance, OUTHOUSE retains the right to keep any and all money deposited in excess of the non-refundable deposit.
